How did Verbixo start?
It started with a problem every Indian service business owner knows: you get a lead at 9 PM on a Saturday, and by Monday morning they've already gone to a competitor. Clinics, agencies, CA firms — everyone was losing business because manual follow-ups can't keep up.
We looked at tools like Zapier and Make.com and realized they were built for Western SaaS stacks — Stripe, Slack, HubSpot — and charged $20–$50/month just to run basic workflows. Indian businesses needed automations that worked with WhatsApp, Razorpay, Tally ERP, and Google Sheets without complex setup. So we built a managed platform that deploys production-ready automations on the Verbixo cloud — zero infrastructure management, zero external dependencies.
The first blueprint was a WhatsApp lead auto-responder for a dental clinic in Delhi. It took 3 weeks to build and 15 minutes to deploy. Today we have 80+ blueprints across 25+ industries, covering everything from appointment no-show recovery to GST invoice automation to Shopify COD confirmations.
